Welcome to the IntellMatch Platform (the "Platform", "IntellMatch", "we", "us", or "our"). IntellMatch is a personal intelligent matching platform designed to help individuals discover compatible connections, opportunities, and interactions based on information they voluntarily provide. By accessing, registering, or using the Platform by any means, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between IntellMatch and the User.

For the purposes of these Terms: 2.1 Platform: The IntellMatch website, mobile applications, dashboards, algorithms, and all related digital services. 2.2 User: Any natural person who creates an account on the Platform. 2.3 Service: All functionalities provided by IntellMatch, including profile creation, intelligent matching, recommendations, analytics, messaging, and notifications. 2.4 Account: A personal registered user profile. 2.5 Content: Any data, text, images, preferences, or materials submitted, uploaded, or generated by Users. 2.6 Beta Phase: A limited pre-launch testing period. 2.7 Premium Subscription: Any paid personal subscription plan offered by IntellMatch.

IntellMatch provides a personal intelligent matching environment that enables Users to: 3.1 Create a personal profile and define preferences 3.2 Receive algorithm-driven matching suggestions 3.3 Explore compatibility insights and recommendations 3.4 Interact with other Users through permitted Platform features IntellMatch does not guarantee compatibility, relationships, outcomes, decisions, or results of any kind. All interactions remain the sole responsibility of the Users involved.

4.1 Beta Access 4.1.1 The Beta Phase is available to a limited number of Users. 4.1.2 Beta users receive full access to Platform features at no cost. 4.1.3 The Beta Phase lasts 30 days from reaching a predefined user threshold. 4.1.4 IntellMatch may modify, extend, or terminate the Beta Phase at its sole discretion. 4.2 Beta Benefits Users who actively use the Platform and submit complete feedback during the Beta Phase may receive: 4.2.1 Three (3) months of free Premium access 4.2.2 Discounted upgrade options to paid plans 4.3 No Feedback Submission Users who do not submit feedback may, after the Beta Phase: 4.3.1 Subscribe to a paid plan 4.3.2 Continue on a limited free plan 4.3.3 Delete their account

Users agree to: 5.1 Use the Platform for testing and evaluation 5.2 Explore matching features and recommendations 5.3 Provide feedback when requested

By using the Platform, Users agree to: 6.1 Provide accurate, truthful, and current information 6.2 Use the Platform only for lawful personal purposes 6.3 Refrain from impersonation or misrepresentation 6.4 Avoid posting illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful content 6.5 Not upload sensitive, confidential, or restricted information 6.6 Not engage in harassment, abuse, spam, fraud, or manipulation 6.7 Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Platform

7.1 Users must be legally capable of entering binding agreements. 7.2 Users must meet the minimum age requirement specified at registration. 7.3 Each User may maintain only one personal account. 7.4 IntellMatch reserves the right to verify identity and suspend accounts if misuse or misrepresentation is detected.

8.1 All Content submitted is considered voluntarily shared by the User. 8.2 Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their Content. 8.3 Users must not submit confidential, third-party, or legally protected data. 8.4 IntellMatch is not responsible for consequences arising from User-shared Content.

9.1 All Platform software, algorithms, design, branding, and systems are the exclusive property of IntellMatch. 9.2 Users retain ownership of their personal Content. 9.3 By using the Platform, Users grant IntellMatch a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display Content solely for operating and improving the Service. 9.4 Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit Platform assets without written permission.

10.1 IntellMatch processes personal data lawfully and transparently. 10.2 Data is collected only for providing, improving, and securing the Service. 10.3 Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data, subject to operational and legal requirements. 10.4 Appropriate technical and organizational measures are applied to protect data. 10.5 In the event of a security incident, affected Users will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

11.1 Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by trusted providers. 11.2 Data may be processed across multiple geographic regions. 11.3 Cross-border processing uses appropriate safeguards.

12.1 Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. 12.2 Sharing login credentials is prohibited. 12.3 Users are responsible for all actions performed through their Account.

IntellMatch functions solely as a technology platform that facilitates personal matching and interaction between Users based on information voluntarily provided by them. IntellMatch does not control, supervise, verify, or guarantee the conduct, identity, intentions, or behavior of any User, whether online or offline. Users acknowledge and agree that: 13.1 All interactions, communications, and connections with other Users occur at their own discretion and risk 13.2 IntellMatch does not conduct background checks, criminal screenings, or character assessments of Users 13.3 IntellMatch does not guarantee compatibility, safety, intent, accuracy of profiles, or outcomes arising from any interaction 13.4 Any emotional, social, psychological, or physical consequences resulting from interactions with other Users are solely the responsibility of the Users involved Users are strongly encouraged to exercise personal judgment, caution, and common-sense safety measures when communicating with or meeting other Users, including during any interactions that occur outside the Platform. IntellMatch shall not be liable for any loss, harm, damage, or dispute arising from User-to-User interactions, whether such interactions occur on or off the Platform.

IntellMatch does not conduct background checks, identity verification beyond basic account controls, criminal history reviews, employment verification, financial checks, or any form of screening on Users. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that: 14.1 IntellMatch does not verify the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of any User-provided information 14.2 Profile details, preferences, images, and statements are self-declared and not validated by IntellMatch 14.3 IntellMatch makes no representations or warranties regarding the identity, intentions, character, safety, or conduct of any User Users are solely responsible for performing their own due diligence, exercising caution, and using reasonable judgment when interacting with others on or through the Platform. IntellMatch expressly disclaims all liability arising from: 14.4 False, misleading, or incomplete User profiles 14.5 Misrepresentation or impersonation by any User 14.6 Any harm, loss, or damage resulting from reliance on User-provided information 14.7 If IntellMatch implements profile verification in the future, the User acknowledges that Sections 13–14 may be amended to describe the verification process, its limits, and any related disclaimers.

15.1 IntellMatch has no obligation or duty to monitor, review, screen, filter, or supervise User Content, communications, interactions, profiles, or conduct, whether automated or manual, and whether occurring on or off the Platform. 15.2 Users acknowledge and agree that IntellMatch's decision not to monitor or actively review Content or interactions does not constitute endorsement, approval, or responsibility for any User behavior, communication, or outcome. 15.3 Any voluntary monitoring, moderation, or enforcement actions taken by IntellMatch are performed solely at its discretion and do not create any duty, obligation, or liability, nor do they establish a standard of care.

IntellMatch is a digital matching platform only and does not organize, supervise, control, or participate in any meetings, interactions, communications, or activities that occur outside the Platform. Users acknowledge and agree that: 16.1 Any decision to meet, communicate, or interact with another User offline (in person or through external channels) is made solely at the User's own discretion and risk 16.2 IntellMatch has no control over offline behavior, environments, locations, or circumstances 16.3 IntellMatch is not responsible for monitoring, evaluating, or ensuring the safety, legality, or appropriateness of offline interactions IntellMatch expressly disclaims all liability for: 16.4 Physical, emotional, psychological, social, or financial harm 16.5 Criminal, abusive, or inappropriate conduct 16.6 Accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during or after offline interactions 16.7 Any disputes, claims, or losses arising from offline meetings or communications Users are strongly encouraged to exercise caution, follow personal safety best practices, and comply with applicable laws when engaging in any offline interaction.

17.1 Minimum Age Requirement IntellMatch is intended exclusively for Users who meet the minimum age requirement specified during registration. Individuals who do not meet this minimum age are strictly prohibited from creating an Account or using the Platform in any manner. By registering, the User represents and warrants that they meet the applicable age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. 17.2 No Intentional Targeting of Minors IntellMatch does not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from minors, nor is the Platform designed, marketed, or intended for use by children. If IntellMatch becomes aware that an Account belongs to a minor or that personal data of a minor has been collected without proper authorization, such Account and data will be promptly suspended, restricted, or deleted in accordance with internal policies and applicable obligations. 17.3 Parental Responsibility & Misrepresentation Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and supervising the online activities of minors under their care. IntellMatch is not responsible for Accounts created through age misrepresentation or unauthorized access by minors, and disclaims all liability arising from such misuse. 17.4 Age-Sensitive Interactions Where age-related restrictions or safeguards are applied within the Platform: 17.4.1 Certain features may be limited or disabled 17.4.2 Visibility or interaction controls may be enforced 17.4.3 Additional verification or restrictions may be applied at IntellMatch's discretion These measures are intended solely to promote safety and responsible use. 17.5 Reporting Underage Use Users may report suspected underage Accounts through in-Platform reporting tools. IntellMatch reserves the right to: 17.5.1 Request age verification 17.5.2 Suspend or terminate Accounts pending review 17.5.3 Take appropriate corrective action without prior notice 17.6 No Liability for Offline or External Harm IntellMatch bears no responsibility for any harm, interactions, communications, or outcomes involving minors that occur outside the Platform or through circumvention of safeguards.

IntellMatch provides in-platform tools that allow Users to report conduct, Content, or behavior that may violate these Terms or applicable community standards. Users acknowledge and agree that: 18.1 Submission of a report does not guarantee any specific action, response time, or outcome 18.2 IntellMatch retains sole and absolute discretion to review, investigate, prioritize, or decline to act on any report 18.3 IntellMatch is not obligated to mediate disputes, provide explanations, or disclose investigation details to any party IntellMatch may, at its discretion and without prior notice: 18.4 Issue warnings or guidance 18.5 Restrict features or visibility 18.6 Suspend or permanently terminate Accounts 18.7 Remove or limit access to Content 18.8 Refer matters to legal authorities where required by law IntellMatch shall not be liable for: 18.9 Failure to act on a report 18.10 Delays in review or enforcement 18.11 Actions taken or not taken against any User 18.12 Decisions made in good faith based on available information Users remain solely responsible for their own safety, conduct, and decisions, and acknowledge that reporting tools are a support mechanism, not a guarantee of protection or intervention.

If you access or download the IntellMatch Platform through a third-party application marketplace or app store (including but not limited to Apple App Store or Google Play), you acknowledge and agree that: 19.1 These Terms are solely between you and IntellMatch, and not with the app store provider 19.2 The app store provider has no responsibility for the Platform, its content, functionality, or support 19.3 To the extent these Terms conflict with mandatory rules or requirements imposed by the applicable app store, the app store's mandatory terms shall prevail solely to the extent of such conflict Except as required by the applicable app store, IntellMatch remains solely responsible for the Platform and these Terms.

20.1 Paid Services IntellMatch may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium services ("Paid Services"). Access to Paid Services is granted only upon successful payment and remains subject to these Terms. All prices, billing cycles, and feature descriptions will be clearly displayed prior to purchase and may vary by plan, duration, or promotional offer. 20.2 Billing Authorization By subscribing to any Paid Service, you authorize IntellMatch (or its designated payment processors) to: 20.2.1 Charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method 20.2.2 Automatically renew subscriptions unless canceled before the renewal date 20.2.3 Collect applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges where required You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information. 20.3 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation 20.3.1 Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance through account settings 20.3.2 Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the User to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period 20.3.3 Access to Paid Services continues until the end of the active billing cycle 20.4 Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection laws. Refunds will not be issued for: 20.4.1 Unused time or features 20.4.2 Dissatisfaction with matches, recommendations, or outcomes 20.4.3 Account suspension or termination due to violations of these Terms 20.4.4 User error, change of mind, or failure to cancel before renewal 20.5 Pricing Changes IntellMatch reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or billing structures at any time. Any changes will: 20.5.1 Apply prospectively 20.5.2 Be communicated in advance where required 20.5.3 Take effect at the next renewal cycle Continued use of Paid Services after pricing changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. 20.6 Third-Party Payment Processing Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. IntellMatch does not store full payment card details and is not responsible for: 20.6.1 Errors, interruptions, or failures of payment processors 20.6.2 Unauthorized charges resulting from compromised payment credentials outside the Platform 20.7 Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting IntellMatch may result in: 20.7.1 Immediate suspension or termination of the Account 20.7.2 Loss of access to Paid Services 20.7.3 Ineligibility for future subscriptions IntellMatch reserves the right to contest chargebacks it believes are fraudulent or unfounded. 20.8 Free Trials & Promotions Free trials, beta access, or promotional offers: 20.8.1 Are limited to one per User unless stated otherwise 20.8.2 May convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends 20.8.3 Are subject to modification or withdrawal at any time 20.9 Taxes Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges related to their purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

21.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 21.2 IntellMatch is not liable for: 21.2.1 Personal decisions or interactions 21.2.2 Emotional, social, or relational outcomes 21.2.3 Loss of data, opportunities, or connections 21.2.4 Indirect or consequential damages 21.3 Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding three (3) months.

Users acknowledge that: 22.1 The Platform may contain errors or interruptions 22.2 Matching outputs are informational and subjective 22.3 Use of the Platform is entirely at the User's own risk

All feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted become the property of IntellMatch and may be used without compensation or obligation.

IntellMatch may suspend or terminate Accounts for: 24.1 Violation of these Terms 24.2 Harmful or abusive behavior 24.3 Misuse of the Platform Users may request account deletion. Certain data may be retained as required for legal or operational purposes.

Upon suspension, termination, or deletion of an Account: 25.1 Access to the Platform and Paid Services will cease immediately or at the end of the billing cycle, as applicable 25.2 Any unused subscription time is forfeited, except where refunds are required by mandatory law 25.3 Previously sent messages or interactions with other Users may remain visible to those Users 25.4 Content may be retained for legal, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes 25.5 IntellMatch is under no obligation to restore deleted Accounts or Content Termination does not relieve the User of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations or liability for violations.

All provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature should survive termination or expiration of a User's Account or these Terms shall survive indefinitely, including but not limited to provisions relating to: 26.1 Intellectual Property Rights 26.2 Data Use, Content Licenses, and Privacy Obligations 26.3 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers 26.4 User Responsibilities and Indemnification 26.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction 26.6 Dispute Resolution 26.7 Feedback Ownership 26.8 Enforcement Discretion Termination of an Account does not relieve the User of any obligations incurred prior to termination, nor does it limit IntellMatch's rights to enforce these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IntellMatch, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: 27.1 Your use of or access to the Platform 27.2 Your interactions or communications with other Users 27.3 Your Content, including any allegation that it violates the rights of a third party 27.4 Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation 27.5 Any harm, loss, or dispute involving another User or third party resulting from your actions This indemnification obligation survives the suspension or termination of your Account and your use of the Platform.

IntellMatch uses automated systems, algorithms, and data-driven models to generate matching suggestions, recommendations, rankings, insights, and compatibility indicators. You expressly acknowledge and agree that: 28.1 All algorithmic outputs are informational and indicative only 28.2 Such outputs are not guarantees, predictions, or assurances of compatibility, intent, behavior, or outcomes 28.3 Algorithmic results are based solely on User-provided information, preferences, and system logic, which may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subjective 28.4 IntellMatch does not represent or warrant the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of any algorithmic output You remain solely responsible for all decisions, interactions, and actions taken based on any Platform-generated suggestions or insights.

The Platform does not provide, and should not be interpreted as providing, any form of: 29.1 Psychological, therapeutic, or mental health advice 29.2 Relationship, social, or emotional counseling 29.3 Legal, medical, financial, or professional advice Any information, recommendations, or insights presented through the Platform are provided for general informational purposes only. Users should seek qualified professional assistance where appropriate. IntellMatch expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on Platform content or recommendations as professional advice.

IntellMatch may assign, transfer, or otherwise convey these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, without restriction or prior notice, including in connection with: 30.1 A merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets 30.2 A change of ownership or corporate control You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from IntellMatch. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

To maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful environment, Users agree not to engage in, attempt, encourage, or facilitate any of the following conduct on or through the Platform, whether directly or indirectly: 31.1 Harassment, Abuse & Harm 31.1.1 Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or abusive behavior 31.1.2 Threats of violence, self-harm, or harm to others 31.1.3 Coercion, pressure, manipulation, or emotional abuse 31.1.4 Stalking, repeated unwanted contact, or obsessive behavior 31.2 Hate, Discrimination & Extremism 31.2.1 Hate speech, hateful conduct, or discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic 31.2.2 Promotion or support of extremist ideologies, organizations, or violent movements 31.3 Sexual Misconduct & Exploitation 31.3.1 Sexual harassment, explicit sexual content, or sexually graphic material 31.3.2 Non-consensual sexual content, including sharing private images or messages without consent 31.3.3 Solicitation of sexual services or exploitation 31.3.4 Any sexual interaction involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way 31.4 Minors & Age Violations 31.4.1 Creating or using an Account if you do not meet the minimum age requirement 31.4.2 Misrepresenting age or identity 31.4.3 Attempting to interact with minors for inappropriate purposes 31.4.4 Encouraging or facilitating minors to bypass safeguards 31.5 Fraud, Scams & Financial Abuse 31.5.1 Scams, deception, or fraudulent schemes 31.5.2 Phishing, impersonation, or false representations 31.5.3 Requests for money, gifts, financial assistance, or off-platform payments under false pretenses 31.5.4 Blackmail, extortion, or threats to disclose personal information 31.6 Privacy Violations & Doxxing 31.6.1 Collecting, sharing, publishing, or threatening to publish another User's personal or sensitive information without consent 31.6.2 Doxxing, surveillance, or invasion of privacy 31.6.3 Recording or sharing private conversations without authorization 31.7 Impersonation & Misrepresentation 31.7.1 Impersonating another person, real or fictional 31.7.2 Creating fake, misleading, or deceptive profiles 31.7.3 Misrepresenting identity, intentions, or personal information 31.8 Illegal or Dangerous Activities 31.8.1 Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations 31.8.2 Promotion or facilitation of criminal acts 31.8.3 Encouraging dangerous, violent, or reckless behavior 31.9 Platform Abuse & Circumvention 31.9.1 Attempting to bypass safeguards, moderation tools, or technical restrictions 31.9.2 Reverse engineering, scraping, data harvesting, or automated misuse 31.9.3 Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or solicitation 31.9.4 Using the Platform for purposes outside its intended personal matching use

IntellMatch reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: 32.1 Content removal or restriction 32.2 Feature limitation or visibility reduction 32.3 Temporary suspension or permanent termination of Accounts 32.4 Reporting to legal or regulatory authorities where required IntellMatch is not obligated to provide warnings, explanations, or appeals, and enforcement decisions are made based on available information and internal policies.

Users acknowledge that: 33.1 Prohibited conduct may still occur despite safeguards 33.2 Enforcement actions do not guarantee prevention of harm 33.3 Users remain solely responsible for their own safety, decisions, and interactions IntellMatch disclaims all liability arising from prohibited conduct by Users to the fullest extent permitted by law.

IntellMatch reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, restrict, remove, or take action with respect to any Content, communication, interaction, profile, or activity on the Platform at any time. Such actions may be taken with or without notice, automatically or manually, and in whole or in part, based on internal policies, risk assessment, user reports, legal requirements, or business judgment. 34.1 Permitted Moderation Actions Without limiting the foregoing, IntellMatch may, at its sole discretion: 34.1.1 Remove, delete, hide, or disable access to any Content 34.1.2 Limit or restrict visibility, reach, or discoverability of Content or profiles 34.1.3 Block, pause, filter, or restrict messaging or interaction features 34.1.4 Throttle, suspend, or disable specific features or functionality 34.1.5 Issue warnings, guidance, or notices 34.1.6 Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate Accounts 34.1.7 Preserve, retain, or archive Content, communications, logs, or metadata 34.1.8 Investigate suspected violations or harmful behavior 34.1.9 Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, courts, or governmental authorities 34.1.10 Comply with legal requests, subpoenas, or lawful orders 34.2 No Liability for Moderation Decisions Users acknowledge and agree that: 34.2.1 IntellMatch has no liability for removing, limiting, restricting, or failing to remove any Content or Account 34.2.2 Moderation actions do not imply wrongdoing, fault, or legal liability 34.2.3 Decisions may be made based on incomplete, disputed, or evolving information 34.2.4 Enforcement actions are taken in good faith and do not create a duty of care or ongoing monitoring obligation 34.3 Preservation & Disclosure of Information IntellMatch may preserve, retain, and disclose User data, Content, or communications: 34.3.1 To comply with legal obligations 34.3.2 To enforce these Terms or Platform policies 34.3.3 To investigate potential violations or security incidents 34.3.4 To protect the rights, safety, or property of Users, IntellMatch, or the public Such actions may occur without prior notice to the User where legally permitted. 34.4 Safe Harbor & Good Faith Actions All moderation, enforcement, preservation, and disclosure actions taken by IntellMatch are performed in good faith and within its rights as a platform provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntellMatch disclaims all liability arising from: 34.4.1 Content removal or retention decisions 34.4.2 Account restrictions or terminations 34.4.3 Cooperation with authorities 34.4.4 User dissatisfaction with moderation outcomes

By submitting, uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any Content on or through the Platform, you grant IntellMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to: 35.1 Host, store, cache, reproduce, copy, format, modify (for technical or display purposes only), adapt, translate, analyze, process, and display such Content 35.2 Use Content to operate, provide, maintain, improve, secure, analyze, and develop the Platform and its features 35.3 Distribute Content internally and to trusted service providers, contractors, and technical partners solely for Platform operation and support This license continues for as long as the Content is stored on the Platform and survives termination to the extent necessary for: 35.4 Compliance with legal obligations 35.5 Enforcement of these Terms 35.6 Backup, archival, dispute resolution, or security purposes You represent and warrant that: 35.7 You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to upload and share the Content 35.8 Your Content does not violate any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights 35.9 Any images, likenesses, or personal data of other individuals were shared with their valid consent IntellMatch does not claim ownership of your Content, but your use of the Platform is conditional upon granting this license.

36.1 Intellectual Property Complaints IntellMatch respects intellectual property rights and expects Users to do the same. If you believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written complaint including: 36.1.1 Identification of the allegedly infringing Content 36.1.2 A description of the rights you claim are infringed 36.1.3 Sufficient information to locate the Content 36.1.4 Your contact information 36.1.5 A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized Complaints may be submitted to: legal@intellmatch.com Upon receipt, IntellMatch may: 36.1.6 Remove or restrict access to the Content 36.1.7 Notify the affected User 36.1.8 Request additional information 36.2 Repeat Infringer Policy IntellMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts of Users who are determined, in IntellMatch's sole discretion, to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

37.1 Data Retention & Deletion IntellMatch retains personal data: 37.1.1 For as long as the Account remains active 37.1.2 Until the User requests deletion 37.1.3 Or as required for legal, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes Upon Account deletion, data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business needs. 37.2 Security Disclaimer While IntellMatch implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, no system is completely secure. Users acknowledge and accept that absolute security cannot be guaranteed. 37.3 Sensitive & Biometric Data The Platform does not require biometric data, government-issued identifiers, health data, or other highly sensitive personal information. Users must not upload biometric, medical, financial account numbers, or similarly sensitive data unless explicitly requested by the Platform. Any such submission is done at the User's own risk. 37.4 Communications Consent By creating an Account, you consent to receive Platform-related communications, including: 37.4.1 Service notifications 37.4.2 Security alerts 37.4.3 Transactional emails 37.4.4 Push notifications You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time through account settings or provided unsubscribe mechanisms. Essential service communications may still be sent.

38.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 38.2 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms.

39.1 IntellMatch is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, or governmental actions.

40.1 Informal Resolution Period. Before filing any claim in court or arbitration, you agree to first contact IntellMatch and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for thirty (30) days by sending a written notice to legal@intellmatch.com describing the dispute and the relief requested. 40.2 Optional Arbitration Election. After the informal resolution period ends, either you or IntellMatch may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration instead of court, by providing written notice of the election to the other party. 40.3 Scope. Arbitration (if elected) applies to any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, except disputes that must be heard in court under mandatory law, and except claims seeking urgent injunctive relief relating to misuse, security, fraud, or intellectual property. 40.4 Arbitration Procedure. If arbitration is elected, the arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under applicable arbitration rules and procedures, and the arbitrator may award the same remedies a court could award, subject to the limitations in these Terms. 40.5 Location / Remote Hearings. Arbitration may be conducted in person, by video, or by documents only, as permitted by applicable rules and determined by the arbitrator. 40.6 Class Action Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and IntellMatch agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, coordinated, consolidated, or representative action. 40.7 Severability of Waiver. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a specific claim, then that claim must be brought in court (not arbitration), and only that portion of the waiver is severed, while the remainder of this section remains in effect. 40.8 Court as Fallback. If arbitration is not elected, or is not permitted for a particular dispute, the dispute will be resolved in the courts as set out in the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section.

41.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. 41.2 Disputes shall first be resolved amicably. 41.3 Subject to the Dispute Resolution section (including any arbitration election), courts of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction.

42.1 IntellMatch may modify these Terms at any time. 42.2 Users will be notified via email or in-app notice. 42.3 Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and IntellMatch regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing.
